  The customer service is pathetic. We wanted some bags of landscape rock. Website said 245 in stock. The stock yard staff shrugged their shoulders when asked where it was. Finally someone said the garden centre. Over there a staff member showed us where it was but there was only a few ripped bags. We said there were 245 on web site but they shrugged and walked away. Found another garden staff and she showed me the same mess. We had to go to the til inside and call for a manager three times. Meantime my husband found a staff member in the store who said he’d go get it for us. A 10 min visit took almost 45 minutes.

  Horrible place. Came for one thing couldn’t find any worker for help. No one knows where anything is. Never coming back.

  They are still renovating to Rona+ but the staff are very helpful finding what you need in all the current chaos. Unlike many other stores where staff run away from you if it looks like you have a question, I often get asked if I need help whether I need or not - thanks!

  I have never experienced more poor customer service than Rona’s online/phone customer service. It’s unbelievable actually. Their customer service number is useless, with no solutions, calls aren’t returned and information is not provided. We purchased an expensive fireplace for our renovation but it was delivered damaged and not useable. It’s been weeks of trying to get an answer and have it replaced. At first we were offered “we can give you $200 to keep it”… no other explanation. The fireplace was $2600, so this seemed very unprofessional. Fast forward 2 weeks and still nothing. You call and they cannot provide updates or solutions. They just say someone will contact you.. no one ever does. Today I got an email from a delivery company for pick up of our broken fireplace. No information from Rona on what’s happening. The delivery slip says it’s being delivered to Rona Saskatoon. When I asked if I could just bring it to Rona they ended the phone call. So now I’m waiting another week for them to pick up our fireplace and hopefully decide to replace it. This has been a disaster class is service and will never do this again. I also tried previously to return it to Rona Saskatoon. I was told they can return it, but not replace it and I would be responsible for the $600 cost increase difference since it was purchased. Makes no sense.

  I went looking for 2 door sweeps today that I had searched for online. Online said there was 32 of one and 18 of the other. I was taken to where they were located, but left to look for them myself. They were very disorganized in the rack. I spent the time to organize, and look at many of the UPC codes to try find the 2 I was looking for. I spent about half an hour organizing and looking and found neither. Headed to customer service and was told to head back to isle 19 or isle 23. The isle they were in was actually 24, where I had spent time looking and organizing before. I spoke to another gentleman that said it may say how many they have online but that they are"unlocated". They he told me to try Coop Home Store or Home Hardware. Pretty rough on your sales if this happens frequently. I have learned my lesson though, as I won't return to your store with service like this.
