  We purchased a Bosch refrigerator from Leon’s Furniture and experienced major cooling issues while it was still under warranty. The technician confirmed the problem appears to be a manufacturing defect, yet Bosch Home Appliances Canada refused to replace the refrigerator and only offered repairs requiring major parts. We were also told we may have to wait 1-2 weeks for parts, leaving us without a reliable refrigerator. Leon’s told us there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing experience and poor support for such an expensive appliance.

  Bought a Bosch refrigerator from Leon’s and had cooling issues while it was still under Bosch’s first-year warranty. The only response we received from Bosch was to “wait for parts,” with no urgency, timeline, or real solution provided. Leon’s also told us there was nothing they could do. Meanwhile, we are left with an unusable refrigerator and concerns about food spoiling. Extremely disappointing experience and unacceptable support for such an expensive appliance.

  Love my new couch and I got it few days after buying, delivery was on schedule and the delivery guys very friendly. Shoutout to Jas who was our salesperson and he was professional while also cracking a few jokes and not being too pushy.

  Everything was very good including the sales person and the delivery guys were awesome. The only thing I'd suggest is to be more conservative with delivery estimates. When I ordered I was told 2-3 weeks but it took 4 weeks. If something arrives early, no problem, but if it's later than the estimate, it makes for some irritation.

  Our couch was special order for color. When it was received by Leon's, we received a call from our sales person and delivery was arranged for Wednesday between 9 A.M. and noon. We adjusted our schedules accordingly. On Tuesday, the day before delivery, we received a phone call from the delivery service saying our delivery was scheduled between 8:30 and 9:45. I said that was not acceptable because we had adjusted our schedule for receipt after 9. I requested a later delivery time but was told none were available, so I reluctantly accepted the amended time. Within an hour, I received a text that our delivery slot was between 8 and 9:30. This resulted in moderate inconvenience for scheduling. The delivery took place right at 8 o'clock. The delivery itself was carried out very well with friendly and courteous staff.
