  Excellent service. Lots of choices. Staff worked with me to find furniture that fits for a shorter person. And cushions can be customized as to firmness, and I can choose fabric from a huge selection of colours and materials. Even cat scratch resistant material.

  Sales persons, Bruce & Lee were very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We were happy to order our furniture from them. We haven't got it yet, but are excitingly expecting service to match the buying process.

  We were greeted by Lise and Lee as well as a couple other very helpful ladies. Lise was excellent in helping us find exactly what we wanted. She wrote up a quote on Sunday, with a 7 day guarantee to let us bring the leather samples home to verify the colour. When we returned 2 days later to make our payment and final selection of the leather colour, Lise wasn’t available that day, so we started dealing with the other 2 ladies who had helped us on Sunday. They were waved off by Dana who made us very uncomfortable and made us feel like she might not honour the quote because we changed the colour!! She kept talking that she had to cover her back, etc etc. and kept walking away from us - not very customer oriented at all. We felt like she didn’t believe us or trust us, even when the other 2 ladies confirmed that we had made this deal with Lise! We finally got it finished up but by this time we were so upset!! We will never want to deal with her again! On a positive note, we love what we have ordered and can’t wait to get it!
