  Ordered a fridge, stove, and microwave here. Stove and microwave showed up fine, but the fridge was an absolute disaster. These salesmen say whatever they need to say to make a sale. We bought the fridge Jan 10th, with a supposed 4 week waiting period. We moved into our house in late January and had to go with no fridge for 2 months. Everytime I called they just gave me flippant answers and were no help. Giving me a new ETA every time I called. They gave zero effort to find out what went wrong, they gave zero effort to do anything but read the dumb script these customer service agents are given. It took until March 3rd for the salesperson to put a rush on the order. I asked for the manager numerous times and didn't get any answer from them until much later. God help you if you have to deal with the customer service here. The only good thing they did was give me a full refund.

  Multiple horrible experiences. When we ordered, they mentioned the couch came with "white glove service". Meaning they would unpack, set up and removed the garbage. They did not do that, they dumped the boxes off and left. We also purchased a 3 year warranty, which we were told it covers everything. Now we are claiming it since the frame broke, and now they are saying that isn't covered. 0 stars if I could and would recommend anywhere else.

  I would give 0 stars if I could. The warranty they sold was a complete lie. I don’t know if the salespeople don’t understand what they are doing because when they say our warranty we purchased would cover anything from stains to manufacturing issues, they straight up lied to us. I tried to claim the warranty after our couch broke and the warranty apparently doesn’t cover a thing. So disappointed with spending money here.

  ordered a camelot bed frame and a king size mattress unfortunately i spent all day moving everything back and forth and getting the bed together just for it not to fit the frame and the mattress to be too too high….hopefully something good happens from this. i co sleep and this is not what i had in mind

  We were very happy with the purchase of 4 new beds from Leon’s. They were great in the store to deal with. The delivery was beyond infuriating - we just finished building a brand new home. The first thing I noticed was them dragging the beds across the yard on sand and rocks, only to drag it across our brand new flooring. I asked them to carry it, they said it was heavy and asked if they could keep there shoes on. So I ended up helping the one fellow. After a bit of coaching, The next disgraceful thing was how they proceeded to literally ram the next bed up the stairs across the popcorn ceiling and across the brand new stained railing. There was lots of room to avoid this. They didn’t understand why I was upset, after a candid conversation the next 2 beds went smoother without hiccup. I found that odd. They punctured a hole in the one bed from the railing after ramming it through. Extremely distasteful when they asked if we wanted a refund of $75 when the bed cost $1200. After arguing with them they finally ended up delivery a new bed with a new team. We decided to buy the rest of our furniture from Lazy Boy after this. Fantastic folks there and delivery team! Horrible experience - We will avoid doing any future business with Leon’s.
