- SSShanon3 days ago1.0Horrible customer service and return policy. We purchased an 86.” tv that was physically damaged when we received it. We have been fighting with them for a month but they have yet to do anything about it. They are saying that because we didn’t report it within 3 days it’s not their responsibility. When the tv was delivered by their drivers we were told we had 30 days to report any damage and their own policy says that the delivery personnel are supposed to unpack tvs to inspect for any damage before they leave , which did not happen. Leon’s is still refusing to replace the tv.

I waited till the next month when it was on sale. I made a phone call to my salesclerk and I completed my sale via phone. It was all done efficiently and I am very pleased with my sofa.

With an extended warranty I know I do not have to worry about my fridge for at least 6 yrs. My old LG fridge was only 5 yrs old and it broke down. Never buy an LG or Samsung over an L2. Thanks Leon's for the great customer service!

When they set it up I plugged it in to test it and the one side would not turn on and recline. I contacted the service department and was told they would send out a service technician to fix it. I haven’t seen or heard from anyone since to confirm when someone is coming out. I am disappointed in Leon’s service and at this point I would really think again before purchasing anything else from Leon’s.

I told him what size of mattress I was looking for and what kind of firmness I wanted and he started showing me mattresses. He show me half a dozen mattresses and then he ask me what my budget was and then gave me a really good recommendation on what mattress is should get based off the mattress he showed me and my recommendation and made shipping really easy and flexible for me!
