Delivery guys were great. There seems to be a disconnect with communication tho. I asked the office 3 times to use a different phone number but they always used the wrong one. They were to convey a message to the delivery guys which also did not seem to reach them until too late.

Excellent service at the showroom. The salesperson (Jaspreet) did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable. I was in and out in less that 15mins. No pushy up selling.
Delivery was very prompt. They were in and out in a couple of minutes.
The mattress feels great.

While the delivery itself was good the customer service was terrible. The number on the card I was given was for a guy who couldn't help me. The first time I called him he was getting in and said he'd call me later that day... He never called. I called him back the next day and he said he couldn't help me and that hed text me the number to speak to the right person and again he never did. I had to call a different number to have my address changed and the lady said she DIDNT EVEN KNOW if they the delivery guys brought stuff upstairs when asked. Just terrible customer service all to get a tv and stand.

Poor quality, terrible customer service, and unfair return policy.
I furnished my entire new apartment from Leon’s, spending over $8,000 in one purchase. Unfortunately, I faced multiple quality issues and extremely poor after-sales service.
First, I would like to sincerely thank Michael Diab, the store manager, for his great support. He personally resolved several of my issues and was always professional and helpful. This negative review is not directed at him, but rather at Leon’s policies, customer service, and product quality.
Product Quality
Most of the items are sourced from the Chinese suppliers, probably with no proper quality control. Products are shipped directly from the warehouse to customers, and only then the customer does the first inspection and might discover defects.
Return Policy
Leon’s has one of the worst return policies I’ve seen: “All sales are final”, any return after delivery means a 50% deduction even if the item is still unopened, and defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery, or they become “the customer’s responsibility.”
So, if you don’t assemble your furniture immediately and later find a defect, you’re stuck with it.
My Experience
I received a defective item and was told I couldn’t return it — instead, they would order a replacement from China, which took 6 weeks to arrive. The replacement was also defective! Customer service then scheduled a technician visit after another 3 weeks to repair it. After nearly 3 months, I finally had a usable product — a “new” item that needed repair on day one.
What’s the point of buying new furniture if it needs fixing before you can use it?
Customer Service
Whenever I called, I was promised a callback that never came. I had to visit the store multiple times just to get updates.
When I tried returning an unopened item that didn’t fit my space, I was refunded only 50%, being told it was “my mistake for not measuring.” Yet Leon’s doesn’t take responsibility for their defective products or wasted time.
Protection Plan
I also purchased a $300 protection plan that was supposed to include a water-repellent treatment for fabrics. The technician sprayed a completely useless solution. The fabric still absorbs water and stains easily. Total waste of money.
Despite all this, I want to personally thank Michael Diab, the store manager, for his professionalism and genuine efforts to help. He’s the only one who truly cares about customer satisfaction. There were other problems that I didn't mention above because he resloved them. For instance, he replaced the cracked dining chair on the same day when I took it to the store (photo attached).
Thanks again Michael.
However, Leon’s as a company urgently needs to rethink its quality control, return policy, and customer service standards.

The bad customer service. We ordered the microwave from Leon’s just a month ago, and received it on October 29. However It just doesn't fit our space, so we wanted to switch to another style. Although it is still unboxed and fully sealed but Leon’s didn't accept and told us to contact the brand. Or we have to take the 75% refund price. They didn't tell us about the 3-day return policy when we bought it. So disappointed and will never buy from Leon’s again.
