Held together with staples, and the guy holding the gun doesn’t always aim well, like with my dad’s recliner that I fixed for him. 120$/hour I believe is what they wanted to charge for fixing his, they got up to 800$ before calling me and asking if we wanted them to look at the arm rest. I did it in 3 hours with no training and only skinned one knuckle when fighting with a spring, pretty good for a first time. Shame on you guys for over charging everyone who falls victim to your shotty craftsmanship. The arm rest only one staple hit the mark, the other two missed and deflected so it was only a matter of time till it fell apart. The pictures speak for themselves #lazboyhate
