My wife and I recently stopped by again, and although we were looking for something entirely different, I absolutely fell in love with one of the sofas. It was missing one of the headrests, which made it eligible for a discount, and the staff offered us a great deal that I couldn’t resist. I purchased it with delivery included. Now, for a small but important downside: I had pointed out that the sofa was slightly stained. The sales manager assured me it could be easily cleaned. However, when the sofa was delivered, the same marks were still there. Why wasn’t it wiped down before delivery? It would have taken just a moment. I also asked to have one of the headrests repositioned. The manager said she didn’t handle that herself but that a specialist would take care of it. Unfortunately, the sofa arrived without the adjustment. I truly appreciate your products and enjoy visiting your store. Just please be more attentive to customer requests—so that the final experience doesn’t leave a bitter aftertaste, as it did in this case.
