Thank you so much two amazing gentlemen delivered our new fridge and take our old fridge they having hard time taking it out because it doesn’t fit the door they are really outstanding on doing there job they even remove our door so they can take the old fridge out and put it back thank you so much for your effort you did an amazing job . Bought from Winnipeg, shipped to Regina. Miscommunication at the Brick to customer and Brick to Brick lead to wasting 4 hours of drive time to pick up furniture before it was ready for pickup. Had to come back to Regina for a second trip after it was in costing gas and wear/tear on a trailer. Loading/pickup location did a great job loading once it was delivered. But would like to see better communication to customer.

Worst experience ever. First time customers. We bought a new bed and a new mattress. Now we have bed bugs. We had no prior issues nor our building has reported any incident. We have old bed too we had no problems with that we are attaching pictures too. They have outright refused any help /assistance and no help with exchanging either we are now forced to pay for a bed we can’t even use.
Really frustrating especially because we have a baby at home.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
