    One Star because there is no zero star allowed. Purchased a recliner in Jan. advised 8-12 wk delivery. At 8 weeks emailed for update. No reply. At 12 weeks did the same. This time advised there was some kind of issue and it would take another 22 weeks. Over 8 months!! They can't supply this model. They won't sell a floor model. But they take your money the day you purchase. Terrible customer service and almost fraud. If you can't supply, don't advertise product for sale. The chair is still on the website but if you want it for Christmas you better order now. It'll be interesting to see how long it takes to get the refund. ... update... quick response once you leave a bad review. Comments on insurance removed as misunderstanding. Although chair is suddenly in Canada now, I still am not trusting a 6 week delivery promise.

    Poor warranty support and consistent lies. Worst warranty experience I’ve had. After more than a month, I still have no bed and no clear progress on my warranty claim. There was no proactive follow‑up—I had to call repeatedly. I was told the part was “already ordered,” then later told it wasn’t and that the manufacturer would call “soon.” They didn’t. I was told to contact the manufacturer myself; they said no request was on file from Leon’s for 2–3 weeks. When the manufacturer finally called, they asked me to repeat the same troubleshooting because Leon’s only sent my phone number and no details of what the techs they sent did. Since then, I keep getting the same script: “we ordered it on [date],” which just matches the day I called—so nothing seems to move unless I called back. The conflicting information and missed callbacks have lost my trust and wasted my time. I don’t even trust they’ve done anything at all after calling for an update today. I’m now asking for written proof of the actual order date/time, the order/PO number, and a firm ETA. At this point, I’m requesting an immediate full refund and a single point of contact who will follow through if your promise today is a lie again. I don’t recommend this store if you expect professional, timely service.

    Extremely disappointed with their customer service. My husband bought an adjustable bed from them which stopped working in the middle of the night within just 1yr and 3 months of using. Fortunately we have 3yrs manufacturer warranty but Leon’s has been frustrating to deal with. Called them on Feb. 26th to get it checked, technicians came after a week to check. They said Leon’s will figure it out and call me. A week past and still no call so we had to reach out by ourselves. They told us they will order the parts needed to get replaced. We called again after a week for an update and was told that manufacturers will call us within the week to troubleshoot the bed “again”. We didn’t get a call again all week from the manufacturer so I called Leon’s and they gave me a phone number to call the manufacturer because Leon’s said they have passed our information to them. We called the manufacturer about it and was told by them that Leon’s did not send anything regarding my issue, not even my husband’s name or phone number. Had to call Leon’s again to send my information to the manufacturer. 2 days later, the manufacturer called me again to do the same trouble shooting the first technicians did. They said they finally ordered the part needed on March 27th. This should not have dragged on this long.

    Thank you so much to the two gentlemen who delivered my king size mattress and base. Not only did they bent it upstairs for me but they took the time to put the base together for me and out my mattress on it. I really appreciate this as I’m heavily pregnant. Cannot wait to use my new bed.

    I recently bought sectionals , gas range and tv delivery persons are really did a good job as per remarks but sales person committed to someone came in 72 hours to just connect my gas range so we moved in our new house and no one showed up, someonecalled me after 72 hours and told me your connection will schedule after 7 days we totally disappointed and we already paid upfront so and everyone says sorry no help , no compensation Do not believe sales person until they do not give you any thing in written .
