So it turns out the delivery of our washer & dryer was the only thing done well. Not only did they send the wrong size vent hose for the dryer, but a connecting piece that should have been in the vent hose kit is just ...MIA. We paid for installation and they didn't install either machine correctly or completely. I definitely don't recommend that anyone pays them for installation help. The manuals for the machines are detailed enough that you might as well save yourself the money because you'll end up having to do it anyways.

Bought a chaise that did not fit into my basement, came back to the brick and spoke with Shima and she made everything so easy and was able to take back the chair and I exchanged it out with a nice fire place that Arya got me set up with the sale of the fire place fast and efficiently and Shima finalized the paperwork, was in and out fast!

The crew showed up early and they had that three-piece sectional hauled in and downstairs very quick! They were professional, friendly and courteous! It is store policy that they do not remove their boots when entering and setting up the furniture (which I knew in advance), so I was OK with them hauling in a little bit of snow on their boots (Instead of me laying drop sheets) since it was December, but I noticed how the one fellow did his best to go around the outside of the area rug when placing the sectional versus stepping on it :)

Very unpredictable and horrible delivery experience every times. Two month before I bought a living room set from them, and they delivered me a faulty product and their delivery team could not assemble it. They fixed it after two month and replace it with a new one. In the meantime, they came three time to inspect that problem. This time, I ordered I mattress, they scheduled to delivery it today, and I cancelled all my work and everythings, now they called me and said they are sorry, they can not deliver today as one of members of their delivery team is sick. Can you think about it? how unprofessional they are!!!

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
