    We bought 3 things from Bricks with insurance and they declined all our insurance claims and said this is due to wear n tear. But while selling the insurance the sales person said that everything will be covered whether there is damage due to moving or child damage but when we claimed it, they said we will not cover that. Will never go there for any furniture purchase. I would recommend never purchase insurance from them as they will decline that when you will ask for a claim. I will never buy anything from Bricks now.

    I had a very disappointing experience with Brick Furniture. During the delivery of my sofa set, the delivery team caused damages to my home, and to make things worse, the sofa set they delivered was defective. They are now refusing to take responsibility for the damage to my home. I expected better quality and service, especially after paying for a new and undamaged product. I’ve tried to reach out for a resolution, but there has been no proper response or action taken so far. I am in communication with the Operations Supervisor, The Brick - Regina North but unable to get satisfactory reply. I hope the company takes responsibility for both the damage and the defective product and improves its delivery and quality control process.
