Lisa helped us pick out the perfect couch, listening to what we wanted and wasn’t one of those awkward I’m going to linger and stare at you while you check things out kind of sales people. The couch we wanted was in stock, so we were thankfully able to have it delivered the same week of purchase! We took advantage of their free in-city delivery which was dialled in with clear time frames and order tracking. While we didn’t grab their names, the delivery guys were friendly and treated the couch with care! Highly recommend checking out Leon’s!

They did not have it easy having to figure out creative ways to get the new appliances in and the old appliances out of my old house with small openings (and not damaging anything), but they did it somehow! I highly recommend ordering from Leon's!
- DKDaniel KlattDec 20, 20251.0Terrible experience. Ordered a couch and a stove. Was told the old stove would be taken away for free but the old couch wouldn't. Ok. Then 2 days before delivery we are told there isn't a take away planned and we would need to pay 30$. Annoying but whatever. Then delivery day happens and there is a storm. We are the 9th delivery. Our window of 12-5 is missed and we are told at 740pm that our stove will be delivered the following day. The next day we are the 10th delivery and the window states delivery 12-3. We call and after talking to five different people and having to call back 3 different times we talk to a delivery manager who tells us that our stove "should" get delivered today and if it doesn't then we can pick it up Monday. We asked for the GM to call us back and Chad did. His fix was that it should get delivered today as it's sunny. And he will remove the $30 dollar charge we were originally told was free. Thanks Chad. Overall poor experience. Would not use again. I understand weather. I don't understand not caring or working with someone. It's a big deal for a family to not have a working kitchen during the holiday season...
