  The men were very polite and respectful. They were very conscientious about our walls and doorknob when removing and installing our furniture. They were prompt and the app was very accurate on arrival time. They made sure the power was plugged in where we needed it to be. They tested everything and made sure it worked before they left. They were very particular about picking up all garbage and took it with them. They appreciated that we had the driveway/sidewalk cleared for the delivery.

  We purchased furniture for our house. We paid the extra money to have warranty on our furniture. The sales associate did not give us information about the warranty, and told us things that “would be covered”, but when we called about it we were told no. When we reached out to Leon’s they told us there was nothing they could do, would not honor our warranty and would not hold anyone accountable for 1. Not giving us the proper literature, and 2. Lying to our faces about the warranty. 0/10 experience. Will not shop here again and would not recommend you do either.

  I was extremely happy with the delivery service of this item they gave me the date it was exactly as it was listed on the internet they sent me a text when it was coming I could see the delivery route on my phone they showed up like they were supposed to two nice guys came in brought it in set it up easy peasy I would buy something else from them again just for the delivery

  The 2 Gentleman that delivered were absolutely amazing and very courteous. The respected our house with wearing booties over their shoes so as to not bring in wet snow. I would recommend Leon’s every time and their tracking option was so clever. I did not have to sit at home the entire day I could see how many stops they had before mine and it updated in real time!

  We’ve been looking for a new recliner to replace an old worn out one. We stopped at Leon’s and Poppy helped us look around and try out chairs until we found one we liked. She quickly and efficiently filled out the purchase form and help arrange for delivery. The chair was delivered today and we were very pleased with the service. The delivery people unpacked the chair outside and carried it inside. They took all the packaging away with them. Everyone was very friendly and polite and we look forward to enjoying our chair for a long time.
