Delivery was also very easy to manage with their tracking software, and the delivery guys were awesome as well. Only downside is that whoever applied the fabric protectant spray didn’t allow it to dry properly (Quite obviously sprayed it and slammed everything back into the box) which was a bit of a let down. However, then problem was alleviated overnight after assembly. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Eric to anyone looking to shop here at Leon’s!

I bought a floor model recliner which I fully understood was final sale, after being reassured by the salesman that it was in perfect condition and only marked down because it was a discontinued model. I get it home and set it up, a few days later the first time I fully reclined it to relax and watch some TV, the chair collapsed backwards and would not move anymore. The metal mechanism underneath the chair is badly bent and shows obvious signs that it had been straightened out previously. I explained this to customer service, they told me no exceptions to return policy. Final sale is final, even though it was less than a week ago, and I was misled by the salesman, I am out hundreds of dollars. They fraudulently sold me a broken piece of furniture claiming it was like new, just to make a few commission bucks. Not impressed by the guy who ripped me off, and even less impressed that a company like Leon's would screw me over like this.
