Picked up an online order, everything was great. Big store with lots of options and ideas to choose from.

Multiple staff perfectly happy to sell this as a brand new item even in this condition. When I brought it up got completely dismissed that this is normal practice after they inspect the contents. Update: Responded to the automated bot, called the number and was told to email everything in. No response after a week. They couldn’t care less about actual customer satisfaction they just want to pretend they do.

We did a lot of research before choosing Frigidaire. We trusted the brand because we previously owned two older Frigidaire fridges that lasted over 20 years and were fantastic. Unfortunately, the quality of their current products is nothing like it used to be. Problems started literally on delivery. You have to sign saying the appliance looks good when it arrives — but that’s before you remove the blue protective coating. Once we peeled it off, we found clear dents in the stainless steel on the front of the fridge. It was incredibly disappointing to receive a brand-new appliance already damaged, but by then the delivery people were long gone and we had already signed off. The fridge has been a nonstop headache. Within the first year, we had a repair person out three times for a leaking water dispenser and ice maker. It mostly stopped leaking after the final repair, but it still drips occasionally. And the “final fix” required a $50 part that wasn’t covered under warranty, even though the fridge was basically new. The warranty is only one year, which is ridiculous for appliances. All the bigger issues started happening a couple months after the one-year warranty expired, which means we now have a failing fridge and absolutely no coverage. The stove and oven are just as bad. The stovetop burns food no matter what temperature you set it to. Medium heat behaves like high heat, so everything scorches instantly. And then the oven just completely died. The control panel went blank, nothing responds, and the entire oven is unusable — again, all just after the tiny one-year warranty ran out. Overall, these appliances have been nothing but frustration and extra expense. We trusted Frigidaire because of our past experience and because we did our research, but the current quality is awful. Reliability is gone. Build quality is gone. Warranty support is minimal to non-existent. I would never buy Frigidaire again. Honestly, you’re far better off buying a used older model than a brand-new Frigidaire. The quality has gone completely downhill.

You’re lucky to get any service whatsoever. After standing around for 15 minutes and after already having called a service attendant, no one was able to assist which resulted me and leaving the whole cart with everything in it and driving to Home Depot. I even phoned the store from inside the store to get service and wasn’t able to get any attention from any staff concerned. I will not support the store again despite being convenient and close by.
