I ordered couches, an entertainment unit, kitchen table and chairs, and an ottoman from The Brick in North Regina. It was shipped from Estevan due to my location. Half of my order has still not been shipped. The entertainment unit didn't come with any hardware. I reached out to The Brick in North Regina where I placed the order but they said it was up to The Brick in Estevan to rectify the situation as that's where the order was shipped from. I have tried contacting both stores numerous times. The owner from Estevan has not called me back in over a week now and apparently nobody else, except the owner, can deal with this. I have had a useless entertainment stand sitting in the middle of my living room floor for over a week thinking this is a simple issue that could be rectified that day. I offered to go to Regina or Estevan to pick up the hardware if they could pull it off something else but apparently that's now how they do things. The Brick in Estevan is saying it's up to the North Regina location and the North Regina location says it's up to Estevan. Hopefully nothing is damaged as you only have 48 hours to report damaged merchandise.

The boyfriend and I bought a dryer from The Brick in Estevan, long story short we have had it less than six months and it just died one day and won’t turn on.
It’s giving error codes that were explained to the brick associate and we were told that they don’t have anything to do with warranty and that we would have to call Maytag themselves to get the dryer fixed. So the bf calls them and tells them what is happening and the technician says that the control board is ruined so after a month of waiting he finally shows up and it’s not the control board. So here we are waiting again and now I am on hold with Maytag and they can’t be bothered to even care that we have no dryer, after spending hundreds of dollars on a product that is garbage!
As long as the Brick and Maytag get paid, screw the customers. ( this should be the motto for both businesses) Why sell products you can not effectively get repaired in a timely fashion? I will never purchase anything from here again and encourage others to do their own research before spending their hard earned money.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
