    On 12/6 Don helped me figure out which circular saw to buy. He talked me through the best option for me and my particular plans. He also made sure I thought of the other tools I would need for the job. He was knowledgeable, kind and supportive. He made my day. Thank you Don!

    Has 50% off black friday deal near trim and go posted. Then Lowes gets you at check out after you already trim them those are technically not custom. Why do you have the discount posted exactly where the product is if it is not applicable? When a discount is misleading that is actually illegal by the way 👍

    To have Lowe's do our kitchen backsplash, we were told that we had to pay in full before we could even get on the schedule. We paid the full amount in mid-August and then were told the earliest install date was October 23 and it would take 2 days. My husband took 2 personal days from work because we were told an adult had to be present. On October 22, we were given a confirmation that they would be at our house between 8-11am the next day. No one showed OR called. At 11am, my husband called and they stated they were sorry, but they got busy with another job and couldn't come. We rescheduled for November 4 and my husband's personal day was wasted. Once again, confirmed with an 8-11am window of arrival, the contractor showed up at 12:30 on November 4th and stated that he needed to apply something to the stone product that would need to sit in our garage and dry for 3 days. None of this was ever told to us in advance and we were unable to use our garage during this time. 6 sets of tiles were also broken during this process and we were able to exchange them at the store, but my husband had to pay for extra product to treat the new stones himself. We were told we also needed to reschedule the backsplash install because he couldn't come back in 3 days. We rescheduled for November 18th. By this time, we couldn't take any more days off work, so my mother-in-law had to drive from out of town to sit at our house. The contractor told us he would be at our house at 11am on the 18th, but showed up at 1pm instead. He was at our house until 8pm in the evening working. The job is finally done, but there are a few areas where more careful work could have been done. We have contacted the store about this horrible experience and we were simply told, "sorry" and we also filled out a store survey and never heard from anyone. We hope that by writing this, potential customers are warned about paying full price up front, and about the lack of care that Lowe's had for us as customers in so many aspects. We won't be hiring them to do work again.
