- YRYolanda RoemmichNov 23, 20252.0I purchased 2 full size beds from HOM thinking that I can buy a regular full size box spring and it will be just fine but little did I know that not a normal full box spring fits and you are forced to purchase “platform” mattresses at $170 each to put in the beds so my boys can have a bed and not have to sleep next to their new beds on the floor with their mattresses that we got them. I am not stepping foot in this place again.

He was very professional, polite, great sense of humor, well dressed and my daughter's boyfriend even had to ask where he got his shoes so he could get a pair. I went there to set up payment on Wednesday, I then decided to look into a reclaimed coffee table and side table. Derrick was eager to help me with questions and gave me the background on the wood, showed me one on the floor. He did not pressure me at all, just kind and professional! I left with 3 pieces of furniture and I have purchased several pieces from HOM since 2010. Great quality and reasonable prices and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Derrick in the Sioux Falls store! I can't wait to get my new items! Thank you!
