    The employee (Brian?) in the rug dept is very helpful and accommodating! This store has the biggest rug selection!!

    Management cares about staff more than customers. Went in to buy well over $100 dollars worth of merchandise. Was asked to enter my phone number, I did. He says your not in our system. I say I dont want to be in your system. And he responds very rudely that "hes just trying to do his job". I said again I dont want yo sign up for anything. Dude continues to press that hes "just doing his job". I asked for a manager who was also very rude and his only help was to offer me a new checkout. I asked why I was being pressed for my name and was told 80% of shoppers are rewards members. I just wanted to buy some kitchen items. Good thing there are several competitors here in Sioux Falls. Train your employees to be nice to customers.

    A lot of items to choose from for home decor. I bought a couple of wash clothes and some dog Halloween/Autumn items for decoration outside. Very nice staff

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
