Didn't know when I'm supposed to get my delivery, ordered a product then it came up as some other stuff I didn't order and then the fridge I wanted was out of stock... Here's the thing too Anna when I picked a different one the dented it up so bad... I called the local office and all they were willing to do was 1 month free... thats a $2000 fridge and with you guys its a $4900 fridge... to have only gotten 1 month free when the damage the caused is extensive and hard to show on pictures... I bet they did atleast $700 worth of damage... money should have been taken off the final total plus some free months... im willing to just give it back and it can be your problem.... 4 months later to respond and your the owner??? Wow kind of makes me question if your employees learned these practices from your leadership... So if theres nothing else thats going to be done to make this situation right im going to give it back then it becomes your problem with all the dents and scratches... good luck selling g that

We are not on auto pay and the manager thinks he can just run your debit card without authorization. Very rude disrespectful staff members. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
