I am very sad to post this review. My wife and I ordered a dishwasher early February. It was promised delivery on the 28th no big deal. Then it got delayed to March 10th... ok not a horrid delay. Then it got delayed again till March 14! And then their truck broke down! And they said they'd try to get it by End of Day that Saturday! It is now End of day Monday and despite repeated calls from me to Lowes I've still yet to hear any update on where my dishwasher is or when it'll finally get here! I'm very upset and it's sad because I've worked in a Lowe's before and the standards of this Lowe's are very low compared to others I've been in. I don't fully fault the employees but I'm struggling to see who else is at fault here.

Absolute worst experience with online order.
I had ordered a dryer in Early January, had the order scheduled for a day i had off and my order was rescheduled. I was fine with this but not when it happened the second time third time and fourth
Time, only to be told by the only good person in this entire situation (Michelle) that it wasn’t even in the store. She said she didn’t understand why it was even placed as it was going out on order. She helped me and we figured I would get a An unit in store, ok finally it’s out on delivery. The delivery company a Crappy third party service was supposed to deliver the dryer. They go all over the different areas except the last three stops including me. The delivery company calls and says the can’t deliver it because they broke down i wondered why they would go all over these different areas EXCEPT THE CLOSETS TOWN TO THE STORE especially since this is the fourth time they “delivered” a unit out. Now with a fifth redeliver on the horizon i have decided. No thank you obviously Lowes can’t handle it I will pick it up myself or go through a company that knows how to properly do their jobs and know their inventory!
