Some items that need improvement: 1) hard to find associates or ones that are friendly. There are several that have been there for many years and very helpful but lack of good staffing is visible. 2) Military discount, used to be across the board on anything and everything, now it's limited to certain item and other items claim "already low costs margins". The discount isn't to keep up your cost margin it's to support servicemembers. 3) Kobalt / Lowes branded items, can be hard to get good quality items that have been pushed out in favor of the cheaper look alike Kobalt / Lowes brands.

We ordered these shades they were suppose to arrive on 12/16/2025 we checked it kept saying delayed finally on 12/24/ 2025 they emailed and cancelled our order. We have been waiting for these. If we would have known we would have just ordered them from a different place. We ordered flooring from Lowes it was 2 weeks late at least it came. We ordered a cabinet for the bathroom for towels it was delayed it held up our whole bathroom project it took over 10 weeks when we ordered it they said 6 to 8 weeks. The bottom line you can not count on lowes to deliver!

I have visited this store several times this month for a multitude of reasons and have experienced how they help with returns, special orders, and helping load out large orders. I have always been very satisfied, and really appreciate how they try to offer great customer service. Great Job Lowe’s!

Purchased a refrigerator on 12/5, told it couldn't be delivered until 12/18. On the 18th we moved our whole living room around to make room to bring it in since the front door doesn't have enough turning space. Took the handles off our fridge so they could take it out, and moved most frozen items to our deep freezer downstairs. Then proceeded to wait all day for a delivery that never came. No updates in the app, no email, no call. At 8pm at the end of our 12-hr delivery window, the app changed to "Delayed" and our reschedule options were a full week away. No adjustments to their schedule to make it right. Called in and was told the deliveries are a 3rd party contract and they have no control. No apologies, no offer of a discounted fee, nothing. Don't think I'll be getting appliances there again.

I ordered a washer, dryer, dishwasher and oven online on November 26th since the buy more save more was going on. I received emails confirming my order and it was put in there that the delivery date would be Tuesday December 16th. I received a text message on Saturday December 13th confirming my address and the delivery date. I then talked to my boss and took Tuesday off work so I could be home (I wanted to be sure of the delivery date before I took work off). On Monday December 15th I received a message with my 4 hour delivery window being from 2:30pm-6:30pm. Tuesday comes around and I get a text saying my order is out for delivery and will arrive between 2:30 and 6:30 pm so I get my house ready for them to arrive. I waited and waited and nobody came I waited until 6:45 to call the store and find out if my order was coming. The lady that answered said that she could see it was on the truck for delivery that day but had no other information. She tried transferring me to someone else but the phone just rang and rang until it finally hung up on me. I then received an email saying they were unable to deliver my order with no other explanation. At this point the store was closed. So I called around 7am on Wednesday the 17th and was again transferred where the phone kept ringing and I was finally hung up on again. At this point I loaded up and went to the store for answers. As I arrived Bre in the returns area was extremely helpful. She said she didn't know where our order was but that she would find it. She tried to schedule us for redelivery but they didn't have any availability for a week!! I asked if we could just get pick it all up ourselves and they let us (once they found it). They removed the delivery fee for us which was great but it was very inconvenient for us to have to pick up our items as it was a huge windstorm that day. It would have been great if someone would have called and let me know what was going on but instead I had to miss extra work to drive back and forth to pick all these appliances up. I had already gotten rid of all my old appliances too so I was waiting for the stove to be able to cook my family dinner. I would have gave less stars but the employees that helped us when we went into the store were amazing they helped us find the order and helped us get the items loaded on each of our trips. They explained that they are using a third party delivery company and that it hasn't been going well.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
