Two experiences made me knock this store down a star. 1) I returned a picture frame for it being fairly damaged. It's not damage you'd notice looking at on the shelf, but the kind where the wood was splintering severely. The kind of damage that would result in another trip to return it. Long story long, it was placed back on the shelf for the next unsuspecting customer. 2) Apparently ensuring employees look presentable and professional just isn't a thing anymore. Most of the employees looked fine, but the handful that stood out... Yeah... Not exactly who I would have representing my company. However, despite their appearance, their service was adequate.
