  Kevin took care of us when purchasing our new dining room set. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not a pushy salesman which we appreciated. Solid furniture at a great price.

  Ordered a table with a 4-6 week timeframe called week four through six was told multiple times “ we will reach out when your item arrives” stopped calling assuming being corrected four times means they will surely call. 8 weeks in we call and hear from the guy “ oh glad you called we’ve had it for awhile” the incompetence of workers here is astronomical levels. I had spoken to the manger when i ordered the table he assured me that we would hear from them. Wouldn’t order anything with these guys unless i absolutely had to. Save your time money and energy order at Ashley’s much better overall experience to be honest.

  Richard and Gordon were very easy to work with. I saw a sectional at our Rapid City Furniture Row that I knew had to come to my house to live. I went back and visited it a couple times. Yesterday, I actually ordered it. I love the fact that I can order it made to fit in my room. It was a wonderful experience. Now, I just have to wait for 8 to 10 weeks to pass to have my furniture delivered.
