  We headed into the store with a bit of dread from how typical sales persons are when it comes to bed shopping, but Drew was a breath of fresh air. He was not intrusive but instead intuitive. He left us to test things on our own and knew instinctively when to show up and describe and explain the beds at the perfect moment. Drew turned our bed shopping into a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and professional and got us into a great bed. If we need to go back, we will certainly ask for Drew.

  Drew was amazing! I came in looking for a client. Trying to figure out the best way to get them safely in/out of bed. Stopped at 2 home care business. Either they didnt offer beds, or they were VERY expensive. Told Drew what I was thinking and he listend and we quickly figured everything out. Suggested much needed items, and there were discounts availiable! Maybe you need to advertise as home medical spot too! He was a lifesaver today and contributed to helping keep someone comfortable and safe at home. Amazing!

  Lilly tried her backside off to get me the twin bedsheets that I wanted. None were in stock. Several colors. I ended up with sheets that I really don't want because I didn't want to shop at Amazon. Lilly explained all the details of my other purchases to make sure I purchased exactly what I wanted. She left no stone unturned. I came into the store and knew what I wanted. She performed at a high level. It was the company who let me down with showing products on display that are not in stock.

  Purchased a new mattress with Nick. I suffer back pains, and he listened to what I wanted. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect mattress. He was not pushy and was not trying to sell me the highest price item, rather, he had me try the ones he knew would meet my needs. I would definitely shop at Rapid City’s Denver Mattress again. In fact, this Denver Mattress is where we got the bed we are replacing, 18 years ago. We were happy with them then and now.

  Drew was the salesperson. He was very informative and patient. There was not a feeling of being rushed or pushed into a sale. He even offered to go back and forth between different options as well as allowed for all the time needed. When given the struggles, he gave insight on mattresses that are suppose to help with that. He wasn't out to sell the most expensive, he was listening to price, comfort and needs to give a customizable set of options. I wasn't left with a ton of questions afterwards and even worked with me for information on ways to pay. He wasn't misleading. Drew also ensured he was helpful and all without judgements against me. I do not have the mattress as of yet, but when it delivers, I'll be excited to try it out and leave a review of the items themselves. The other staff were polite and helped with other needs as well, such as clearing up and stocking the restrooms). The staff were kind to all kiddos that entered and had no judgements of any child (no matter the age) and the families, regardless of if the kiddo was excited or upset. The staff did not demand any child be removed in order to keep the place "quiet" and was very polite.
