  Lillian was amazing to work with. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and gave us sound, honest advice throughout the process. We never felt pressured at any point, and she struck the perfect balance—being available when we needed her without hovering. She gave us the space to make the right decision for ourselves, and we truly appreciated her professionalism and approach. Highly recommend!

  Francisco was very helpful and patient with me and my friend who are first time mattresses shoppers. We went in confused and not sure exactly what we were looking for and he was really clear and walked us through the different mattress types and gave us a great idea on which mattresses to purchase. Overall, service was incredible and very fast. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

  Had a great experience with wanting to find a new mattress. Went in and told Nick what I was looking for to get quotes and what would fit us best. Found a couple of mattresses that were the top two and went with the best feel. We were able to walk out the store with the mattress, mattress protector, sheets and 3 pillow case protectors with no problems. Thank you for helping us out!

  I already knew what I was looking for when I came in. Drew greeted me immediately and let me know of a second sheet option for my particular mattress that I wouldn’t have otherwise known about so I could make an informed decision. I picked what I wanted and he grabbed it for me and checked me out in a timely manner so I could get on with my day. Thank you!

  I had a wonderful experience at Denver Mattress today thanks to Drew. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and really listened to what I was looking for. What impressed me most was how he helped me find the exact mattress I had purchased 10 years ago and loved, which ultimately made my decision so simple. His guidance felt genuine and thoughtful, and I never felt overwhelmed at any point. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free experience, and I truly appreciated his help!
