    I found a rug on display, that I really liked. I was lucky enough to deal with Ron over in the carpet section. Not only was he very helpful. He also gave me a bit of a discount being it was the last one available and it was also on display. He wrapped it up for me and I was out of the store in about 20 minutes. That’s a very big achievement at Lowe’s because sometimes it takes forever to even getting anyone to wait on you so thank you Ron for all your help. The five stars is entirely for Ron not necessarily the store.

    I bought a refrigerator from Lowe’s in York in 2023 and purchased the extended warranty. A month ago I heard a humming noise and noticed the refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly. I went there and talked to a couple of people and they said they would do an exchange. I heard nothing until Palm Sunday when I received a call from Rocket Repair saying that a Technician was on the way. He looked at it and said it was the compressor and he would be back in a couple of days to repair it. That was March 29th. I heard nothing so I went back to Lowe’s on Wednesday April 8th and they were said that they would send a repairman right away. Well today (April 20th) he came out and again said it was the compressor and he would be back in three to five business days! I’ll believe it when I see it!

    Delivery of commercial freezer was canceled multiple times by Lowes, after both myself and wife changed and canceled our schedules. Aaron a manager and Courtney both had different stories of why the delivery could not be kept. The driver we spoke to directly told a totally different story. That was on the 4th attempt that i refused after they could not provide a discount for our wasted time and aggravation from the lies they spoke! Worst Lowe's store and customer service ever!

    Lowe’s is generally a reliable place to find what you need, and today was no exception. I was able to get almost everything on my list. I checked out through the Pro desk, and I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by the Pro Cashier, Frannie. Frannie is highly professional, kind, and impressively fluent in both English and Spanish—something that is not always common in stores like this. She made the entire checkout process smooth and stress‑free. Even when my phone confirmation took a few minutes to process, she remained patient, communicative, and maintained excellent customer service throughout. Her level of understanding and professionalism goes far beyond what you typically expect, especially when there are payment delays. However, I do want to point out that her workstation is located in a far corner near the exit, where she is exposed to cold temperatures and weather conditions. While standing there, I felt how cold it was, and I can only imagine how uncomfortable it must be for her during long shifts. Someone with her skill and customer service quality deserves a more suitable and comfortable placement within the store. Overall, I highly commend Frannie for her outstanding service and professionalism.
