So we make a quick run to our local Lowes in York, SC and pick up what we need. As you can imagine they're a little busier than usual with the upcoming holidays but we were still assisted and pointed in the right direction to find exactly what we needed. Quick and easy! Oh and I have to say a big THANK YOU to businesses like Lowes that show their support and appreciation for us Veterans. It's nice to have a bit of a priority price break and specialty parking. Their employees are mostly just rude. 95% of them have no clue what they’re doing, and this includes management. This review mostly stems from buying a whirlpool washing machine that broke in 4 months locking wet laundry inside and sitting there for several days only to stink up my entire house to unhealthy levels. I know this should be whirlpools fault but when whirlpool isn’t helping, and I purchased Lowes extended warranty, you would think Lowes would step up and help. Instead, I was promised help and left in the dark with no response to be left to pay on my own to get this machine fixed. They have a big fella that works in the lumber end for loading that wants to fight everybody that says something against him. After letting management know what a problem he is, he’s still there and still cussing at customers and being extremely rude. Their plumber associate is an English guy that will flat out tell you he knows absolutely nothing about plumbing. I don’t know what else to tell you but don’t waste your time in this store, you’re better off driving all the way to Rock Hill to go to HD.
