This Lowe's is fine. The employees have all been very kind and helpful. The selection is adequate. I'd say compared to other Lowes, this one may be a bit smaller and have fewer items so keep that in mind if visiting.

I bought a Generator Saturday from this store. I was told I could bring it back within 4 days as long as it wasn't open. I struggled to get it in the car, though I have had a spinal fusion, and walked in. I was told I had to have it back in 48 hours. No one checked to see if it was open or used at all. I was just told NO. I called the manager and told him what happened. He defended his staff and said it wasn't 90 days. Well guess what? I wont support this incompetent store or manager. Rock Hill Lowes said Yes. I HAD 90 DAYS TO BRING IT BACK. 90 days. So whos telling an untruth? I got ALL of my money back at Rock Hill Lowe's even though it was not purchased there. NO HASSLE. I wont support this incompetent store or their workers in Lowes York.

Bought toro 54” lawn mower zero turn. It is terrible. Had to replace 4 belts, deck wheels almost worn out, deck to thin its bottom bent several times had to pay a dealer to repair. All of this in 6 months!!! I had gravely for7 years a gave it to my grandson. I never had any problem. Wish I had bought same again. I really messed buying that TORO!!! But my wife wanted me to use new credit card there.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
