    This store is very organized and associates are very friendly and helpful to your needs with anything you need in the store. At self check out the associate was attentive and helpful with checking out. I would recommend that you check out the store for your needs in the construction world. Associates are very knowledgeable and professional helping you to find what you need.

    Michaela is such a wonderful associate at this Lowe's store. She helped load heavy goods ordered online today, and was extremely kind and professional. I'm truly grateful. What keeps me coming back to this Lowe's store are employees like her--they are Lowe's most valuable asset.

    I reported a missing item from my pick up order. I called 4 days in a row to report the item missing. For 3 of those calls, I was told that someone from the local store would call me back in 24hr which never happened. On the 4th day I asked for it to be escalated to a supervisor who was then able to get the store on the line. The store manager Mason finally then refunded the item. Very poor service to be ignored for 4 days.

    Is there a way to leave a zero rating? I ask because the customer service we received was horrendous. I do not blame the delivery drivers as much as most people would. We bought an Electrolux washer and drier, spent a pretty penny too. Our original delivery date ( the time of which we had no say over) was for Thursday from 3-7. At 6:45; the order had still not showed up, so I reached out to their delivery service. They kept telling us that the driver was only one stop away, and dispatch actually sent us a notification saying that the delivery crew were finished with the stop before us and was on the way. I know his was sent by dispatch and not the driver, b7⁷8ecause 2 minutes later, the driver called us and informed us he had didn't know whether he was supposed to still deliver, or reschedule. He had no idea about the notification we received. We informed him we would be rescheduling, because they still had one more installation to do before they made it to us, directly conflicting what dispatch told us. Once again, I don't blame the driver because he was straight with us about what was really happening. Dispatch lied straight to us. Not only that, but they are overworking their delivery people, as we would have been their 15th stop of the day. So we rescheduled for Saturday 3-6. The crew showed up after doing 17 deliveries before coming to our home. Lowes is overscheduling these poor guys to the point that the quality of the install is not high on the list of priorities. I'm sure they were ready to go home, and I don't blame them. So, naturally the install was rushed, the driver was hooked up in such a manner that I had to cut a foot off of the duct and redo it, on Sunday. Masters Sunday. Also, they took pictures of the level they used on top of the machines to show they were level, but only in one direction. Again, I feel this is due to over working their people. The rest of our Masters Sunday was spent leveling both machines in both directions, and raising the drier up, as it was a half inch lower than the washer. Long story short, do not give this store your business. They obviously don't care about the people they have working for hem or if their customers are satisfied. The washer was scratched badly enough that they took $150 off of the price, and it was just a bad experience all the way around due to corporate greed and the unwillingness to schedule their people a realistic amount of installations in one day. We were the last stop, so we may have been the only ones to suffer, but I find that concept dubious at best. Save yourself a headache and find somewhere else that cares about their customers because this Lowe's doesn't. Not even a little. And just so you know this isn't some Karen situation, the only reason I'm writing maybe the 4th google review of my life, is because my husband had to do all the work the delivery guys should have had time to do on a torn meniscus.
