    I called this store to ask a question about placing an order for delivery for tomorrow. I waited on hold for customer service for 1 hour and 2 minutes. A human never answered. You just lost a bunch of money, Lowe's in West Columbia! ZERO customer service. I'm out.

    Craig Campbell of Lowes West Columbia is five star! He took his time with us and didn't rush us when we were deciding on new countertops. Took us thru the whole process of installation etc. The next couple of days we were in again to pick out a new sink and bumped into Craig and got the same great service. Yesterday we were out of town and had a concern about the company coming out to measure so we called Lowes and spoke to guess who picked up the phone, yep Craig promised to call me back and he did. He was the one that was there when we needed someone to answer the questions. He cares about the job he is doing and does it well. Thanks so much for the great customer service!

    I went to get some gift cards for C hristmas. No cashiers to check you out all were self checkout. When asked about it they said they were short staffed. I was paying cash had to go to customer service and the manager had to be called to over to over ride the transaction because it was cash. Needless to say I wasn't happy I was disappointed. I have been shopping there for years. Didn't like how no expects to give services to anyone

    I have been working on a landscaping home-improvement project thus have been to this Lowe’s about four times this past week to pick up orders. My review today is as a result of some of the most exemplary employees I have been quite fortunate to have been assisted by. Sunday before last (10/26) I was assisted by Javerian and Caedon and Saturday (11/1) by Tecorian. I must say that these 3 certainly exemplify what any and all companies/corps seek to employ. All 3 of these fine young gentlemen were welcoming, kind, friendly, efficient and hard-working. I was also thanked by all three of these young men for shopping at Lowe’s. I have had some large heavy orders to pick up over this last week and these 3 team-members have ensured that they loaded my vehicle with care as to not scratch the interior. Javerian actually went to a lot of trouble to get enough cardboard and plastic without even me asking. Kudos to these 3 for providing me such fabulous service!!! They I can state without pause represent A++++…EXCELLENCE ⭐️ in the Customer Service arena!!! * I have had several visits to this Lowes but all teammates unfortunately didn’t measure up to the 3 I have mentioned. I was even told by one female employee on 1 curbside pickup visit this past week that I was going to have to load the bricks myself because they didn’t have any employees to do it. I kindly advised her that she needed to find somebody. She did. ☹️🤷🏻‍♀️

    The app reports goods are in stock at a certain store across town. I drive across town to purchase goods from said store. The store does not have goods in stock and reports goods should be in stock next month. 😡😡😡
