  After 5 weeks of asking for help with an inoperable pool cover that was bought from them, no one has come out to look at it yet. I’ve emailed and called multiple times to no avail. Use caution if you expect follow up service.

  Jordan is great but prices have gone way up, and I am not happy with the nickel and dime situation and the way things have changed over the years from being a small business and very people friendly to being all about the money and being persnickety

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Splash Pools! This was such an exciting project for our family, and Isaac and Tom truly made it even better from start to finish. They were so patient, helpful, and always took the time to answer our questions and make sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. You can really tell they care about the people they work with, not just the job itself. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, and that meant a lot to us. Our pool turned out amazing, and we’re already making so many great memories. Their customer service never disappoints! We’re so thankful for Isaac and Tom and would absolutely recommend Splash Pools to anyone looking for a company that treats you like more than just a customer!

  We loved working with Splash Pools. We own a landscape and outdoor enhancement company ourselves, and so we came to them with an idea of a custom pool, and they were able to execute it incredibly well. Communication was great back-and-forth and they were able to fit us in in a timely manner. We absolutely love making memories at our pool that they did such a great job with.

  Splash Pools was great to work with and Isaac answered all my million questions I had throughout the process. They were by far the most affordable among all the quotes I got. They don’t try to over sell anything. I felt they were honest and most importantly great at communicating. The liner company actually messed up our liner (Looked great just the steps had extra liner fabric in the corners) and Issac made them redo it and pay our water bill to refill the pool. I highly recommend Splash Pools!
