Eternity, went out her way to make sure my first online order was a success, she held on with me and made sure she answered all of my questions and concerns! DaNaejah was quick, polite and she actually didn’t seem to be bothered about doing her job! There are so many people who are in customer service and just don’t need to be with their bad attitude! But both of these beautiful ladies deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service and care! They made this a very positive experience for me! Great job ladies! Keep being wonderful! We get here and they said it was ready but it would take a little bit to get it out to us, no problem. We wait an hour and go back inside to check and a woman says give me a few minutes I’ll check it for you. We wait another 20 minutes and she comes back and she tells us they’re trying to find it. So we wait another hour and go and check again. Just to be told they couldn’t find it and didn’t have any in stock. We were barely given any answers throughout our waiting period; And why would we be able to place an order for this location and notified that it’s ready if there isn’t any in stock?!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
