We had a lot done and can say we had not one issue that could not be resolved to our satisfaction. They aim to please and are as excited about the final product as we are. Highly suggest you consider Palmetto if you are planning landscaping.

- ATApril ThompsonApr 8, 20262.0I live in a neighborhood that this company "maintains". They're responsible for the townhome areas and the entrance. I've complained to my HOA several times about their shoddy work. I've been told that they've "been talked to", but the work never improves. The poor landscaping is the most commonly discussed topic amongst the neighbors here. They don't use a mower in the townhome areas, usually just one guy rushing around with a weed eater. He hits too low in some areas and completely misses others. This leaves the grass looking messy and wildly uneven. They don't usually edge, but when they do they leave the mess behind. I make it a point to groom my own yard the day before they come every week so they won't come butcher my grass.Knowing how much we're paying the HOA for their services makes it upsetting that they do such a crappy job.
