  The entire team from owner to the work crew were highly professional, courteous and friendly. They worked together seamlessly which resulted in a beautiful end product that we look forward to enjoying in the years to come. If you are thinking about having a patio, I cannot recommend Palmetto Landscaping and Design enough!

  If I could give them zero stars I would. The staff who connect via email initially are OK. They sent out the landscaping site designer Jason, who, after spending an hour at my home and taking a copy of my plat map, never responded with a design or a quote. Totally got ghosted. Would absolutely never recommend this outfit to anyone serious about their landscaping. We also know that they planted bushes and trees at neighbors houses in the middle of January during the cold snap and all of the product died. They should know better. RESPONSE TO PALMETTO COMMENT - please do not misstate the facts. No one ever reached out to us to give us a price for “just a design” on our property. And we never said we just wanted a design. We wanted a full out quote, including labor, as a starting point. I had already done the design and provided this to Jason. He took it upon himself to determine that we were just looking for design, and then no one ever followed up. There was no phone call or message left.

  I would not recommend Palmetto Landscaping and Design based on our experience. We do not use their services, but their crews have repeatedly shown a lack of respect for neighboring properties. On multiple occasions, they have driven their equipment and vehicles over our lawn, especially when the ground was wet, leaving deep ruts and damage to our grass. Professional landscaping companies should be mindful of surrounding properties and take care to avoid unnecessary damage. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. I would strongly encourage them to be more considerate of neighbors and the impact their work has beyond the property they are servicing.

  I've enjoyed them installing a palm tree in the front yard and replanting a Japanese Maple in the backyard. They were efficient and accomplished the task in a few hours. What amazed me is that they dug the palm tree hole by hand and erected it with approximately six workers and no heavy machinery. They did an excellent job and I am still enjoying the palm tree now as it's fully rooted and thriving.
