The last one had an inaccurate inventory and also happened to be the longest drivingdistance. If Lowe's expects us to use the app for inventory checks, and rarely answer phones in stores to do inventory and availability checks, the inventory displayed by the app MUST be correct, otherwise we're all going to switch back to small hardware stores that know their inventory and can walk and find it in a few minutes and we'll get the answers to you on the telephone in a few minutes at most. Lowe's is a good store and I'll keep shopping there but unless they hear what we experienced they can't make changes so get hot Lowe's.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
