    My husband was harassed by 2 employees about making he sure he scanned items in his cart before he was even finished scanning all the items in his cart. And then after watching him like a hawk they had the nerve to ask to see his receipt before he could walk out. I understand they have a job to do but this was definitely a little excessive.

    Its a lowes. Everything is relatively easy to find, and they generally have several options. Thry didn't have what I was looking for this time, but thats a rarity.

    George from the lumber department was THE MOST helpful person i have encountered in a while… anywhere. It’s really hard to find people who go above and beyond in customer service and George exemplifies that. He saw my bf and I looking at wood and he was walking by and asked if we needed a cart. We told him not to worry and that we can go get one. He said no… he will go get us one. He brought the cart over and I went to help my bf lift the wood and he asked me nicely to move and helped my bf lift it into the cart. Then, later on, while I was waiting in line… he helped others with heavy items. He was just so incredibly nice and aware of the customers around him and I was surprised at how nice he was that I had to take a moment to write this review.

    I’ve had a pretty terrible experience with this Lowe’s - specifically with the manager and the appliance team. I purchased a brand‑new Bosch dishwasher and immediately ran into issues. Bosch sent a technician who confirmed the unit was defective and issued an RA number so Lowe’s could replace it and provide a credit. That’s when everything fell apart. Lowe’s lost the RA number and essentially told me I was “out of luck,” even though the appliance team originally told me Bosch RA numbers don’t expire. The manager said he would look into it and get back to me, but never called. Now I’m stuck with a defective dishwasher that’s out of warranty, solely because Lowe’s misplaced the RA and couldn’t resolve it. Really disappointing experience — especially from a company that claims to value customer service. This has been nothing but frustrating, costly and a lack of integrity by the Lowe’s management team.
