    Unfortunately I was told by the department sup/mang that regardless what help I needed with the order at 5:40pm in the lumber area it would be tomorrow before any support would be provided. The gentleman in that area told me he was the only one there so I guess no work can be expected with only one employee? The cashier was extremely helpful nevertheless, thank you.

    I wanted to take an opportunity to highlight an employee of the Pro Desk, Ruby. As I stood awaiting assistance on Friday, December 5, 2025, Ruby approached the desk about to check out for the day, but asked me what I needed anyway. She was so helpful in the process of placing my online delivery for my home, and even allowed me to seek clarification from my roofer. At one point, my card declined, and she displayed what I would call perfect customer skills, as she waited. She was nice, professional, and most of all patient. I took into consideration that her time to be off has already past, and was very apologetic. At no time did she frown, appear annoyed, or display ANY sign(s) of not wanting to provide me with an amazing experience. For this, I am grateful and I told her that I would be writing a review. Ruby is a gem, and you all are lucky to have her... Excellent customer service experience.

    Purchased carpet and had Lowe’s use their installer, Keller Interiors. Upon reading Keller interiors reviews, wondering why Lowe still uses them. I took a chance and they were downright awful. I left them a horrible review and neither them or Lowe’s called to ask how install went. They were unprepared, did not understand any English, which if you have a problem with install it’s hard to discuss issue. I called Keller interiors and told them the concern, representative told me to tell worker to call 1-800 number , Which he didn’t understand . They damaged my wall, but why discuss if you don’t understand.
