Workers refused to make rough cut to 3 pieces of wood to fit in my vehicle for transport. Same wood that I have had lowes cut in the past. The issue wqs they didn't want to reset or take the time from the project they were working on in the back. Then claimed it is a liability if I want to return the wood.

The first thing that I can say about this particular loads is that the staff is very helpful. I rarely have an instance where they don't have things in stock the store is neat. The only negative I have to say about Lowe's in general all of their stores is that they do not accept any type of tap and pay. Other than that two thumbs up I would recommend the store and I I do personally use this store for all of my hardware and Nursery needs. Keep up the good work
