When the mover arrived, he could not get the truck back to my storage area. Diane reassigned me to a unit at the front which saved me considerable time/money the mover wanted to charge. She stayed with me and looked out for me and my belongings when an issue arose with the driver and also when I had to leave the premises for a short time. She looked out for me in my comings and goings the entire rental period. Should I ever need a storage unit again, I would definitely use Extra Space Storage (ESS). It was a pleasure to work with Diane. Kudos to Diane and ESS!
