- CSCasey SmithOct 15, 20181.0I’m a disabled veteran and I been dealing with Aaron’s for 20 years and never have I had problem but the one in summerville on Main Street put a washer and dryer in my house and they didn’t install it right now so it caused a water leak in my room to the garage it happened in June and it’s October I went in there two weeks ago he had me waiting for a hour until he got back too me I’m feeling very discriminated against when I go in there went in today I had to basically wait at least 30 to 45 min and basically they want me to redo the paperwork to get my brand new house fix I don’t care who fixes it so I’m going to take them to court and report them to the BBB just cause they switch managers he want me to redo everything and he’s the manager whatever the other manager left is his responsibility

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
