I didn't have the funds to purchase a new TV due to having a heart attack and being disabled. I then had a battle with severe bloodclots to my lungs. I had to have emergency surgery to save my life. After my surgery I had a lady from billing requesting payment. That was such a heartless thing to request after I just had emergency surgery and told the lady. I've even contacted the owner of Aaron's... Mr.Loundermilks ..Please do yourself a favor..Don't do business with this particular location ..Awful Customer Service

He came to our house at 8pm on aug.28.2017 weve been having problems with the couch set were purchasing, only having the couch set for barely 4 months is falling apart breaking and we were told they would get them fixed, never happened so we told the manager were no longer interested in this couch set wed like to return them not only does he get an attitude he also says then were taking the bedroom set as well and started to say "man your a.." and sped in his vehichle out of our drive way and i wpuld never recommend them to anyone. This managers name is steven. Rude, disrespectful, has me and my husband furious. I will also let all of my contacts know to never go here.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
