There are alot of pools needing service with the growing population here. If you can be patient at times, this is your go too. Plan ahead of time as I do and you should be pleased.

What does a service call cost?
Our service call fee is $125. We require a credit or debit card on file before dispatching a technician. If you choose to proceed with our services, we'll waive the $125 fee and only bill you for the necessary parts and labor.
How do I pay for a new liner?
For a new liner, we require a 50% deposit to secure your place in line and order the liner. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. To initiate this process, we need a credit card on file.
How much water should I be losing in a week?
Water loss varies by season. In spring and summer, expect 0.25" to 0.50" daily. Fall sees 0.50" to 1" daily, while winter ranges from 0 to 0.50" daily.
When's the best time to close my pool?
It's generally advisable to close your pool when the daily temperatures consistently fall below 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
When's the best time to open my pool?
The optimal time to open your pool is typically late March to early April. As temperatures rise, algae can start growing under your pool cover, so it's best to open before this occurs.
If I have a leak will the water just stop at the area it's leaking from?
Not necessarily. Small particles can sometimes clog the leak, leading to misleading water loss readings. We recommend scheduling a leak detection service as soon as you suspect a problem.
How can I tell if I have algae or just dirt in my pool?
Algae typically grows on both vertical walls and the pool bottom. If you notice discoloration only on the bottom, it's likely dirt. Algae growth tends to be more widespread.
How do I get rid of algae?
The first step in algae removal is to conduct a professional water test to ensure proper water balance. Once we've determined the water chemistry, we can recommend the most cost-effective treatment plan for your specific situation.
