    This is not a location for a professional. Ordered on Monday for a Friday delivery and most of the order got delayed to the following Monday. Entire weekend wasted and an unhappy customer. Totally unacceptable. Do better Lowe’s.

    We came into Lowe’s to pick up supplies for a small home bathroom renovation project — mainly molding and a few basic items to go around our bathtub. Nothing major, just a simple DIY project my husband and I were working on. While we were in the store, we noticed an employee following and observing us as we shopped. When I asked a question for help, the response felt dismissive, like hands were just thrown up instead of actually assisting us. Throughout our time in the store, no one checked in to see if we needed help finding anything.the guy was bald with glasses. You seen him as soon as he stepped behind the flex Flexseal display I’m not stupid. At self-checkout, the experience continued to feel uncomfortable. The cashier Cheryl didn’t greet us at all and then stood very closely watching us while we scanned and paid for our items. What stood out most was that other customers didn’t seem to be treated the same way — they were allowed to shop and check out without that same level of hovering. I don’t steal. I never have never will the only thing I can think of is I put my phone in the waste band of my leggings because I was gathering tiles and I didn’t have any pockets. And I already dropped the phone while placing it under my arm , which in that case you’re telling me I can’t go shop peacefully without feel like every little thing they are gonna question that isnt normal. What has it come to these days. Not only that, but everybody’s not gonna be a perfect 10 when they go in somewhere to shop if I look for a certain way, I look a certain way that doesn’t mean I’m gonna steal We understand stores have loss prevention and policies, but the way it was handled made the experience feel uneasy and not very welcoming. It definitely didn’t feel like a place we’d want to return to for future projects

    My experience with Jabetha was outstanding from start to finish. I called inquiring if a product was in-stock and she went out of her way to go check for me. When she let me know she has the item, I drove to the store and she had the part waiting for me so I didnt even have to go look for it myself. She was not only helpful, but was pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. Please give this lady a raise- she deserves it!

    I placed an online order and the 3rd party that delivered it didn’t bring all of my items. Devin went above and beyond to make sure that it was corrected and I received all of my materials. I hope his boss sees this because they should know what an amazing employee they have !
