    Corporate needs to recognize the supervisor Ray. This gentleman was standing outside in the cold, to ensure all this employees and associates safely walked inside the store. This is what leaders do and real men. I respect that man.

    Usually one of my favorite places to be is in any Lowe's. Today just took me for a loop. We came specifically for some plywood, the layout does not match what it says it is online so after 30 minutes of hunting we find the sheets we came for. Nothing is labeled and there is no sense of order at all. The sheets we grab are stamped with the same dimensions and brand as we had picked out before arriving. We get in line and the poor girl at the register (Nicole) has 5 customers counting us waiting while another man (James) is sitting at the desk near her messing on his phone. No it was for sure not the work scanner they have, it was his phone. He walks off while we are waiting. We finally get to the register and they ring up almost double the price as listed online. We tell Nicole something is wrong and she explains about the stripe system and we tell her we want the ones we looked at online. She was truly pleasant and helpful. She called James to come back to help. He argues that im looking at the wrong thing while he's scanning every barcode in his book trying to find the same price, not worried about finding the right product. Finally I find the right part number in his book which he tells me isn't the right one AGAIN. Then he scans it and it's the same price (and part number) as the one I was looking at. He says well thats not what you have there. I say I understand that. There's no organization or labels anywhere except the stuff up high thats still bundled and he shrugs. I ask can he help us find the right one and he laughs and says "yeah, sure" my husband goes to help since they aren't light and we wanted 3 sheets. James finally finds the ones we wanted, still with no signs or labels and not even near the other sheets of the same brand. They have to move 7 sheets of a different size/Brand off the ones we wanted just to get to them. Between the lack of organization, lack of labels and James's appalling customer service skills it's a wonder if we don't switch to the second rate Home Depot for future projects.

    Came to Lowe's with my daughter in search of items for a bathroom renovation. Our search was a breeze thanks to Danny. He helped us find everything we needed, ensured we were satisfied with the price and quality, and was very kind to us. We hope to see him again

    Came to Lowe’s with my dad to search for items for a bathroom renovation. We were worried we wouldn’t find what we were looking for but we were thankfully helped by Danny. He was so helpful and kind to us! We were able to leave with everything we needed WHILE saving money thanks to Lowe’s Pro Rewards. We hope to run into him again, THANK YOU DANNY!
