Went to buy this product and it was priced $177. Got up front to check out and it rang up for $200, they claimed it was in the "wrong spot" yet there were multiple of the same product priced under $177. Very lousy and rude customer service. I'll be taking my business to Home Depot from now on.

Getting help on this store can be challenging. Stood in the electronics section trying to get a video doorbell from out of their locked cage for nearly 25 minutes before I was able to get someone to call someone to help me. Not the first time.

My husband asked an associate by the name of April for help. She said no. He immediately got pissed and walked away. While we were checking out, she approached us and starting being very disrespectful while using vulgar language. We will never visit again. We spend lots of money at this location to not be respected is a BIG NO!
