    Worst customer service from the managers. Mislabeled clearance products, won't honor the marked prices. No honor.

    We love this Lowes and so does our boy Malachite when we walk him in here. The staff are VERY friendly and always treat our dog like a star! He loves his new bed he got there too! Very sturdy!

    *edit- after three support tickets, zero follow up. We’re rebuilding after Hurricane Helene and only use Lowe’s. Headed to Home Depot from now on. My husband went to get paint. Waited 10-15min for a female employee w/o identification or uniform. She admitted she didn’t know how to paint match. Called for help. Zack is radioed and replies “I guess I can help you before my shift ends”. Female employee talks extremely negatively about Zack. Zack gets the paint. After he leaves more terrible things said about him - apparently Zack’s fiancé is the manager and he gets away with a lot. (None of this is appropriate for customer interaction). My husband is asked for his phone number at the end of the transaction. When he mentioned his wife and her wedding ring, she said her husband doesn’t mind. What are yall doing, Lowe’s? Nepotism and sexual harassment with customers? Hateful employees that openly degrade your business? On the phone with support to cancel my Lowe’s card. I’d rather hand grind paint out of berries than support miserable staff and management.

    Tried to purchase a washing machine for a elderly family member that lives in simpsonville. I live out of state and was going to pay for it over the phone and have it delivered and set up. After trying to call somebody in appliances for over an hour, I finally got an associate on the phone. This guy proceeded to give me every excuse on why I couldn't purchase the washing machine and all the roadblocks of having it delivered and installed up to and including that I couldn't pay for it over the phone It had to be done online. I contacted a different lowe's in that area although it was further away and the deal was done in no time. Paid for the appliance over the phone,It was delivered and set up the next day with no issues. Obviously the lowe's in simpsonville could care less about my business ,So I can care less about giving them my money.
