Poor customer service. I placed a curbside order they marked it as out of stock as she told me it was a miscount in the system. However when I was walking in the store you had 202 in stock so I went to try and purchase them with my gift card that should have been credited because she canceled my online order well I could not because she sent my refund to corporate and it will be mailed to me. The manager pretty much said oh we’ll pay with something else or don’t get the item even though it was the associates fault for not doing her job and looking for my order. All she did was get rid of my order without even looking for the items. People stop being lazy and do your job or you will loose more business than just mine and my company.

If you've been to Lowe's lately you've likely given up on any form of customer service. Well, you don't have to. Majority of staff are willing to help you if you ask. Pickups can be a little chaotic at times but the store is clean and things are where they're supposed to be. Can usually find what you went for.

I love Lowe's and am reticent to call it a hardware store because that's but a part of what they have to offer and they do offer comprehensive merchandise for a hardware store but it's a store with style and quality on everything they do. They take it a step further than any other hardware store and inch out into market style.

Zero stars for allowing License Plate Readers to be installed on there "private property". These Readers secretly track everyone that goes by them, and stores all of your travels in a database. Which can be accessed by the police and other agencies anytime without cause.
