I always get better service at home depot lie about when delivery will be waited all day for delivery till 6pm supposed come before 2pmat 6pm delivery was canceled after told be that day delivery was spread out to 4 different delivery only ask for 1 delivery was charged for 2 delivery had spend days hours standing waiting on 4delivery will not send everything you will loose money with them managers lie about take care fix it lumber that received looked like coil lumber as crooked as they are spent over $4000 had people wait all day for lumber didn't come only part came next day took week and half get it all talk to a manager who said he would refund 10 percent price for loss I suffered but he never did I have message from them I use home depot before no problem try lowes once will be last time lowes customer service lumber way worse took week and half to get 2x4 plywood 2x10 2x12

Bought a scratch and dent GE dishwasher in January of 2026 from them…it’s a $900 model and it leaks after just 1-2 months. Already went through warranty once and now it’s broken again….leaking on my hardwood flooring… crazy. And Lowe’s won’t help.
Don’t buy from them. And don’t buy GE!!

Place an order for a good deal on pavers. Rented a trailer to pick the up the next day. Got an email saying the order had been canceled. I tried to call the store and got hung up on twice before getting through to Order fulfillment. She lady was not accommodating at all, and refused to provide and alternative for around the same price. She said order are first come first serve, even though there was plenty in stock the day prior. I asked to speak to a manager and was placed on hold until I was hung up on again for the 3rd time. I will be gladly be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Terrible customer care.
Update: After calling and speaking to the Pro help desk and the manager at this store, they told me other nearby locations had the item in stock. After contacting the other stores, they said they could not give me the item at the sale price I originally ordered at and recommended I try the online chat since it was an online order. Trying the online chat, the agent requested another order at the sale price with her manager twice, the agent allowed me to place another order for the original price after about 2 hours of calls and online chatting.
Would recommend Lowe’s update their order fulfillment process to avoid issues like this in the future.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
