    i’ve always loved lowe’s and the products but i’m so dissapointed. i work in customer service so i 100% understand having bad days but a woman named kasey or kasie helped us the other week and acted like we were inconviencing her for asking for help. she had such a horrible attitude whenever we asked a question and it makes me sad that lowe’s doesn’t strive for customer service like other places do. i would never leave a review like this because i absolutely get having a bad day or a stressful work day but you shouldn’t take it out on customers who need help!

    Debated giving a 1-star; Contractor Pro Desk (Kayla is terrible), probably the worst run team in the Southeast; More interested in signing you up for credit cards than actually giving quotes or assisting; Kayla is both A-D-D and forgetful, cant remember anything; Absolutely will do business with Home Depot or anybody else besides Lowe's.
