We have ordered a bathroom vanity 3 times. Each time it comes from the supplier, the vanity is busted. We have to return the vanity and wait a week for a refund. Order a new one and wait another week for it to come in broken. There are no other selections with 2 sinks available. We have an unfinished bathroom as we look for a vanity from someone else. Who can keep ordering the same thing over and over and wasting their time and money?

Lowe’s Seneca doesn’t keep inventory of appliances. They have to be delivered from Duncan, SC. It’s a two day wait and that’s if they don’t schedule your drop off time the only time no one is at home. When you call to change it they have no contact with the delivery team and will not deliver to Seneca store. Not ideal for emergency replacement. You are better off shopping at an appliance store where you can pick the machine up same day or have it delivered.

I prefer Home Depot typically, but the parking lot was busy so I went to Lowes today and bought some Spring sprucing items. Benny was very helpful and made sure I was able to find everything I wanted. He was very patient & a real gem. Cstomer service makes a huge difference in shopping experiences and I will go back again because of Bennys assistance

I needed to buy a new drill, it was on sale and they only had two left, a gentleman very promptly offered assistance in helping me find it and he would very quickly. He did find it. He then apologized for having to escort me up to the counter with it, but that's the way things were in retail and I understood and I appreciated his explanation and apology though. On checking out, even though it was self-checkout, the cashier or a person who was monitoring self-checkout was engaged and interactive with me. She also was very nice to my service animal and offered her a treat after asking permission first which is all the right way to do that sort of thing. Another employee came up after seeing her interact with my service animal and also asked if she could as well and since it was the end of my wonderful companions day, I acknowledged that that would be just fine. They were two great ladies and the gentleman in that store working today who really helped me out. I really appreciate it.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
