Ordered some items online - showed they had over 200 of these got a notification saying items were ready for pick up then get a call from someone at the store stating they didn’t have these items that they would be canceling the order. What? How is this possible, they need to fix some stuff that’s for sure.

I don't know what's going on with Lowe's in Rock Hill right now but I'm not happy with them they're starting to block the carport completely from one side so you can't even pull in with a trailer I understand people park there that shouldn't be parked there I get that but they shouldn't be blocking completely off making it making it very difficult for somebody to buy a trailer into there. Also the pro Services desk I'm in there this morning and there is four people standing at the desk one guy is a loader it's a younger black fellow and I don't know his name but I see him on the phone every time I come in here he's never doing nothing I think he should be fired he's getting paid to be on his phone when there's carts outside that nobody seems to be getting there's carts in the middle of the aisle blocking people walking through there I mean and it also there was an assistant manager at the pro service desk and she's acting like she did not care to take this next guy's order behind me now I'm not racist but this is also a black lady that's an assistant store manager that is disgusting. I'm ready to start going to Home Depot again

This is the worst Lowe’s I’ve even been too. I needed 30! Bags of fastset concrete I asked for there help to load with the forklift. They just brushed it off and said too do it myself. You have two forklifts just parked with lazy people walking all over it.
