They tried to deliver the door 3 weeks early and then on the day before the install, some trim was delivered and the drivers didn't know anything about a door. I called the Lowes store and after fighting their phone system for an hour nobody knew anything about a door, saying the contract should pick it up, which I was told by the contractor isn't true. Just buy from Home Depot, Menards, etc. Any other store to avoid the awful system in place at Lowes.
