While the facility is impeccable, they doubled the price of my storage unit after 90 days stating they were allowed to do this And therefore, no justification was required. When I reached out to the local office to understand why there was such an egregious price increase I was given no response outside of the store manager heckling me to cancel having deliveries routed to them. I’m 7 1/2 months pregnant so moving storage units isn’t ideal for me but given I have a corporate budget and the massive increase in price now exceeds that, I may be forced to move. If anyone has other storage unit recommendations nearby please let me know.

She is always available, and if you need her for anything, she will make a point to connect with you. The facility is well kept and very clean. Thank you, Tara!
- HRHector ReyesJan 30, 20261.0When I signed up for an unit online, I made sure to read every word on the screen to make sure the rate I was signing up for was not a promotional rate. Sure enough, after 3 months my rate doubled. Not just that, but even though I signed up online and get all my communications through email, the rate increase notice came through regular mail via a small post card - easily missed or discarded as junk mail - no email notification. This is on purpose - they hope that like most people nowadays you either miss or don't look at your regular mail. I came in the office (June of 2025) and expressed my displeasure about the tactics. They reduced the rate to $10 more than what I originally signed up for. Fast forward to January. I got my confirmation email for my January payment - it again doubled and this time I never saw the printed mail notification of the rate increase. I stopped by again and was told that the best they could do was about $50 more than the rate I signed up for. I expressed how these antics are not a fair way to do business. I'm unemployed and barely able to make enough money driving Uber and can't afford my storage rent to more than double. So now I'll have to find another facility and pay someone to move my stuff. Not OK.
