    I ordered a item online for store pickup and when I got there to pickup they told me they was out of stock when they showed 4 instock online when I asked to speak to manager the manager refused to speak to me very poorly run store in Orangeburg

    Ordered over 3000.00 worth of lumber for a project to be delivered and set a date for delivery reaarged my whole day just to be informed at 6 pm that they were not bringing it and it had been changed to another day, this went on for two week and multiple calls finally on week 2 called the actual store to talk to a manager and not there 1800 number they give explained the situation to the manager in a calm tone not as awful as I wanted to be for him to hang up on me so had to go to the actual store and talked to mrs. Mary at customer service who was lovely refunded my money so I could go else where. Then today went to get some sob board that I was taking with me found a guy who seems happy to help till he seen they only had one broke up peice on the floor and they were going to have to actual get more then made some smart remarks and just seemed like it was such an inconvenience for him to do his job

    Placed an online pick up order for a craftsman’s riding lawnmower on Saturday March 14th. It said pick up day should be March 17th. I called the store to confirm, if it will be ready for pickup then. I was met with AI assistance. That took forever to talk to someone. Finally after talking to 3 employees and on hold for over 20mins. To be told they are waiting for the assemblers to assemble the lawnmower. Here it is now March 18th, still no email or notification in he Lowe’s app if my is ready. Just shows delayed! By far the worst experience just to buy a lawnmower. Guess Lowes doesn’t care!

    I called my local Lowe’s in Orangeburg, South Carolina and was immediately greeted by Lowe’s AI assistant, who could not understand that I was asking for ferns in the garden center. It interpreted my request as asking for a phone, then a fan I asked to speak to a real person and was not given that option Customer service has always been weak And this is why. Get rid of that AI assistant Lowe’s and get a real person who has a love for people to help your customers

    Was great until checkout. The associate plumbing stocker, electrical associate, and the cashier were great. At checkout I needed a price override due to the display price and the shelf price bein different. The manager that came to assist, which she didn't have a vest or name tag, had the most unprofessional, non-managerial, and the I'm bothering her attitude. She did all she could to not have to do her job as a manger, even after showing her the 2 different prices. Again, it was a 5* up until the end. I hate that the so-called "Manager" that should be leading by example ruined the 5* for the rest of the store.
