In the video, she emphasizes the lack of professionalism from the general manager and the lack of empathy from the regional manager of this location. She also emphasized that extermination services were not provided in which she had to cover expenses out of pocket. The regional manager refused to reimburse her for the second extermination fee. She recorded the tone of the regional manager stating that basically the customer should know the protocol. The video also showed dead roaches in the washers. Be very mindful of the particular location in Orangeburg. HORRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS

I actually went to the Mexican restaurant beside this location, and Google Maps thought I went to Aarons, so I thought I would take the opportunity to give this review. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE go to this location for ANYTHING!!!! The manager here is such a jerk, and the regional manager seemed to think it was OK the way that this man talked to me. Also, their furniture is no good!!! If you don't sit on your living room furniture often, I'm sure it would last longer. But, the seam in my Chase Lounge ripped. They did offer me a settlement, which was still WAY TOO MUCH for furniture that was unrepairable, but I had too much money in it to just give it back. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this location. There are situations in life that we have no choice but deal with places like this. I was in one of those situations and had no choice but go here. I guess there are people who are use to dealing with subpar businesses and are OK with being talked to the way this manager did to me, but I am not. I should have walked away after the first encounter, but I really liked the furniture I found here. Had I know the end result, I would have walked out and called the regional manager to tell him how this manager talked to me as a first time customer. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! You have been warned...

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time thatâs convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by âno credit needed?â
âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores wonât, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But donât forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
