    Almost 4 weeks ago I had someone come out to measure for my new cooktop. I have been to the store 3 times to see if I can order yet. Two times was told they didn’t have a measurement. 8 days ago had a call saying the store would call and go over the measurements. No call. I went in yesterday again. Was told by an associate she couldn’t go over it with me I needed to talk to a manager. He didn’t have time to talk to me as he had to interview someone. I’m done. I want my $35 back for the measurement and I will go somewhere where someone wants my business and has time for me. Horrible customer service!

    check everything. They sent the wrong color vanity to my house when it was clear on the order what should have been sent.

    I used Lowe’s to purchase and install a custom sliding glass door. Lowe’s uses Rock Solid Construction to install the door. Rock Solid is awful at what they do. In bringing the new door onto my patio they: Tore a window screen Knocked off pieces of cedar shake siding Damaged the railing around my patio They installed the door improperly so that it would not slide or close properly. Did not clean up their mess or debris or finish the outside of the door. Did not make any attempt to correct the damage they had done. After multiple calls and repeat visits, ultimately a rep from Pella came to my home ordered and installed a new door. Rock Solid was unable to complete the job. Sadly, Lowe’s has chosen to work with an awful installer in Rock Solid Construction. Rock Solid is not a reputable partner.

    What a terrible day at Lowes.. no one has answered the phone in three different attempts to reach them after I was sent to garden when asking about storm doors so 4 calls!!! .. While in the store physically earlier we did have a very nice young man in doors help us .. thats where it ended .. clerk refused my husband's VETERAN... photo ID for our military discount even given the fact my husband is listed in the system as military ..the cashier said he would allow it just this once and put in a code... imagine being a veteran serving your country and you are treated so disrespectful in your own country .. Guess who doesn't do that ..HOME DEPOT ...We are done here ....the stars are for the nice young man in the storm door dept ..EDIT!!!!! Doors were not delivered today as PROMISED BY REGINA!! order of 1600$ canceled by us. We will take our business elsewhere ... LOWES HAS LOST A VALUABLE CUSTOMER AND ANYONE ELSE WE CAN TELL OUR STORY TO AND ASK THEM TO SUPPORT A LOCAL BUSINESS INSTEAD OF A BIG BOX STORE....EDIT..... WENT TO THE STORE TO RETURN THE DOOR HANDLES FOR THE STORM DOORS AND WAS TREATED ABSOLUTELY RUDELY BY A FOREIGN SPEAKING WOMEN, A LADY SHALYN HEAD CASHIER DID TAKE CARE OF US IN A RESPECTFUL EFFICIENT WAY. WE DID BUY A MUCH BETTER QUALITY DOOR ( ANDERSON) AT HOME DEPOT THAT COMES WITH DOOR HANDLES AND SAVED 270$ FROM THE PRICES AT LOWES ... LOWES IS NOT OUR STORE ANYMORE ..CALL?? YOU WANT US TO CALL AGAIN 🤣 NO ONE ANSWERS... GOOD GRIEF

    Update March 22, 2026: They just lost a star because Lowe's responded to me asking me to give them another chance. Such an insult! What they don't understand is I bought a space heater that that ran on propane but when I opened the box it required to be plugged in to an electrical outlet and cannot operate without electric. The girl opened the box which I had but taped it right back up when I realized it needed to be plugged in. Then she told me she can't take it back because it's considered construction heating, but it is a portable space heater. Nothing to do with new construction heating. It was a DeWalt brand and nowhere on the box did it say Electric Supply is required for use. After she opened the box she told me she can't return it. It had to be returned within 48 hours. Unfortunately this store was closed 48 hours after I bought the heater due to snow!!! So there is no way I could have possibly returned it until the store opened again. I will never come back to Lowe's anywhere. They are consistently terrible with helping and providing customer service. They are excellent at getting you frustrated. This experience was my last chance. I will never come back because they are terrible to deal with and now I'm out 135.00 because the manager can't interpret their own return policy. A portable space heater is very different than construction Heat products. And like I said the store was closed for over two days so it was impossible for me to return in 48 hours even if I had known this at the time of purchase. My receipt said I had a good number of days to return this item, but the manager just ignored what the receipt said and told me I should try to return it at a different Lowe's. There's no excuse for that. I will never ever set foot in another Lowe's anywhere! The response I got from Lowe's is insulting. Original Post: I'm really not liking Lowe's anymore. Hopefully it's just this one. They're more expensive than their competitor. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The product quality is going down as well. For that quality and service, I'll save money and go to Home Depot.
