Lowes and other national stores have become hard to shop in due to the lack of employee knowledge/availability while shopping the stores. Gentleman named "Duck" in the pro department did a great job helping me receive the pavers that I ordered from two other stores and never received. This fella deserves a nice lil bonus for his hard work and persistence in helping to solve my dilemma.

Lowes North Myrtle Beach is 5 mins from our home. We came to buy a frig & washer & dryer for new home on 10/11/25 Ladies working in appliance dept said frig we wanted not in stock & didn't bother to check when it would be iin, nor did they offer to help with washer/dryer purchase. We called Lowes in Myrtle Beach & Shelua Stricklland was very helpful. Ordered the frig we wanted & helped with order of washer & dryer. Shelia spent a lot of time with us & folliwed up later on order. Worth the 30 min drive! We cannot offer enough praise for Shelia.

Long time Lowes customer. Only one other time in 20 plus years have I had a problem. I ordered a curbside pick up of 2 50 pound bags of sand. I ordered it for curbside very specifically because I have permanent back injuries and can't lift it. Checked in that i was there through the app. Something was odd with the app because it did not ask me which spot I was in but I got a response that said Thank you for your patience. Karen will be out with your merchandise. After 20 minutes of waiting I was just about to call Lowes to find out what was going on. Lowes called me. Karen wanted to know where I was because I checked in stating I had arrived. I stated I'm in my spot waiting for someone to come out. She said no you ordered pick up and need to come in and get it. I said I specifically ordered curbside because I am disabled and can't lift it. Something is wrong with the app. WHAT SPOT NUMBER? 6. ILL BE OUT. She comes out. BARCODE! All mad. I show her my app. It says Karen will be out. If they don't ask you for a spot number that means you have to come in and get it. Well, I can't do that can I?
She puts it in my tailgate huffing and puffing, then walks away muttering. I say have a nice day. No response other than muttering and shaking her head. Home Depot here I come. I wouldn't have anyone like Karen dealing with customers.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
