  Unfortunately, our review of Pye Barker is not good. We called them to inspect our in-home fire sprinkler system. The inspector and his assistant completed the inspection for $809. Most significantly, he failed the backflow valve and reported it to the water company as I assume he was obligated to do. He said that his office would contact us with an estimate for the necessary repair(s). After multiple calls and emails to Pye-Barker we have still never received the repair estimate. It has been over a month. In the meantime, and also significantly, the clock had started with the water utility for the "failed" backflow. Pye-Barker left us in the lurch with no explanation or reply to our emails and calls. We called and got an extension of time from the water utility and with time and effort we found another Fireline certified company to inspect and repair the backflow valve. He came out immediately and found no problems and recertified the backflow for $65.

  Pye Barker is great! Every year I get my fire extinguisher serviced here, and Eric is always kind and incredibly helpful. Very knowledgeable staff and fast service, would highly recommend.

  Maybe great for commercial services but not for residential. Too expensive for backflow inspection. Other companies charge half the price that lye barker charges. I was never provided a quote or told how much their services would cost, found out when I got the bill. I would not use them again!
