- EMEdward MondoJun 4, 20241.0So I have insulted the young lady in the accounting department because she read to me what the contract says about renewing the contract. I did not renew the contract we canceled the contract which had already expired 2.5 years ago. So why are we getting billed for a contract that was already fulfilled.
- BFB FDec 6, 20195.0We just had Sonitrol install a camera system for us and they did an excellent job. The techs that came out MJ and Dave were great. They were very professional, personable, and knowledgable about what they were doing. We had a dedicated internet line installed for the system, which was not correctly setup by the cable company and they patiently worked through the problems until everything was working smoothly. The install went great. The cameras look professional and work really well. Overall, we are very happy with the system and will certainly call Sonitrol back when we want to do more work.
