  We had a great experience working with Salty Reef Pools on our pool project and would absolutely recommend them. I’m fairly certain I met with just about every pool company in town! Over the course of 2 years, Matt came out several times to meet with me, before I ever even signed with him! At no point did I ever feel rushed or dismissed during the decision making process. Once I had a vision, Matt truly brought that vision to life and on budget. He was incredibly patient with all of my questions, took the time to walk me through different design options, and offered thoughtful, professional feedback. His team is amazing, and the quality of their work really stands out. The pool and spa are absolutely gorgeous and truly a dream come true!

  We were looking at installing a plunge pool at approx 10-11'W x 21-22'L. We called approx 4 different pool companies for ideas and options/pricing on a pool. Matt @Salty Reef had the best,most innovative ideas and his pricing was the best.We felt his customer service and attention to detail was excellent.He broke down step by step the installation process,handled permits,and his workers always showed up in a timely manner.I cant say enough good things about Salty Reef,Matt,his foreman Dallas,Lauren,and his team. I highly recommend using them and they will make the entire process of getting and installing your pool,EASY, especially if you are a first time pool owner. Thanks Salty Reef team ! Best regards, Rob

  We really wanted to like Salty Reef Pools, we chose them because they were local and veteran owned. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at all. Communication from the start of the project was terrible. Texts would often go unanswered. The wrong travertine was delivered, the wrong rock structure was installed, our irrigation system was damaged and (unbeknownst to us) was capped off so it still to this day is not useable. Our decking is uneven and cracking in multiple spots, despite us caring for it as instructed. Our decking tile is loose and some of can be lifted out of place. It’s very disappointing to spend so much money on a project and not be satisfied with the end result. Our estimated cost was also off by thousands because the square footage of the travertine was miscalculated. We would choose another company if we had to do it all over again.

  We were doing a full remodel on our house in Mt Pleasant and Salty Reef crushed it. Their team was fast, responsive and flexible at every step of the way. Great attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship. I will definitely be working with them on my next property.

  The crew and the support is fantastic, we couldn't be more pleased with the design support, the build, the equipment, and the after completion service. I'd recommend these folks to anyone that wants a fantastic custom pool!!
