This Lowe’s, located at mall drive in Charleston, has a huge variety of merchandise. They carry material that other Lowe’s locations do not! Go figure……they’re all the same store and should all carry the same materials and items. I usually go to Goose Creek, as it’s closer for me… however; I’ve had to drive down to Charleston more than once, just for bundles of Dessert Sand shingles! My issue with Charleston Lowe’s is this has got to be the most unorganized Lowe’s possible….at least, as for the ones I’ve been to! Items are in bins that are intended for other products. Lanes closed for no reason. Materials all out in the lanes, blocking travel. Ya can’t walk past areas, let alone push a cart or buggy around. I asked where were the step stringers…. Had to show the lumber area worker what it was!! He had no idea what a step stringer is!! Come on!!!!! After finally finding the bundle of shingles, two shelves above the proper bin, I go to ck out. Very nice cashier. I asked him if someone could assist me in placing this bundle into my truck since I was unable to myself…. This employee left his station with the bundle on his shoulder and walked it out to my truck and placed it in the bed!!!! “High five and 10 stars” to this man!!!!! Wish I’d gotten his name!!!! Want a treat? Go to Charleston Lowes!!🙏🍀

I arrived today at Lowe's in North Charleston a few minutes past closing time I could still see a lady at the customer service desk still helping another customer who was in there after closing time needless to say the cashier or customer service representative was black and the customer she was helping was black she looked at me and rolled her eyes and I said you're helping that lady here and she caught an attitude with me and said sorry we're closed I said could you make an exception let me just return this real quick and she said no I didn't think it was quite fair for her to be helping the other customer obviously who arrived late as well but not me I give this store two stars one star just because it's Lowe's and another star just because it's convenient but as far as customer service goes I would not recommend visiting customer service desk
