They have AI assistant to set up delivery. The receipt did not reflect a haul away. I had to fight with customer service and the drivers. The delivery drivers would not take my old stove because it was still connected. They dumped the new range in my garage and ask that I sign for it. I did not sign. I was told by the store and by driver to schedule someone to pick up old stove. I paid someone to connect the new stove. The bottom drawer was broken. I also noticed the product was inferior to the last one I had. Same manufacturer same design. I just spent 35 minutes on the phone with folks who cannot speak English that refuse to pick up old stove or order a new drawer. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Inferior product. Horrible customer service. I will not be going back. I feel I should have a new drawer and the old stove removed. They are saying because the new stove was delivered they will not help.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
