The highlight of our visit was the sales person, Terry. He really knew the products and options. He made us very comfortable with the choices and then our final choice. I will be shopping there again (w Terry) - my wife and are already planning our next visit. Lastly, don't flip out on the price - these are US made and they are beasts! They are worth the money, no doubt.

She worked with us through a full customization and change of delivery address. My husband has had his chair for almost a month now and not only does he love it, but our two dogs love it as well! Ashley is truly an amazing sales associate and the store itself was so welcoming and comfortable! My husband and I spent over an hour in the store for him to try different chairs out till he picked his favorite. From walking in the door, to delivery, La-Z-Boy had some of the best communication I've ever seen in sales! I can't wait to come back for my own!

We purchased La-Z-Boy recliners in 2014 which are still in working order but wanted newer ones in a different color and fabric. Upon entering the store, Scott M. greeted us with a warm smile. We had picked several models from the store's website as a starting point. Scott showed those to us as well as possible alternatives based on our desired features. Once we decided in the particular models we liked best, Scott helped us decide on a pet -friendly fabric and color. All in all, we had a most pleasant buying experience. Scott was clearly knowledgeable of all the available models, the features, fabrics and colors. Thank you, Scott, for your most valuable assistance!
